o4xr handles account data, transaction records and session activity in line with the obligations set out in these Terms.

Data Handling

Account data you submit — name, contact details, payment identifiers linked to UPI or Paytm — is stored securely and used only for the purposes described in these Terms. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Yes. These Terms govern all activity on the platform — including every title in the lobby such as Lightning Roulette, Crash Game, Football Strike and Bingo — from the moment you log in to the moment you log out.

If local law changes to prohibit access, we will restrict your account in line with our jurisdiction compliance obligations. Pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed according to the procedure set out in these Terms.

Under these Terms, you have the right to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate records, and ask about retention periods. Send your request by email with your account ID so we can verify ownership before responding.

Funds deposited via Paytm must be used for wagering on o4xr only. Transfers between accounts, reverse withdrawals to different payment methods, or use that appears designed to exploit processing flows are prohibited under these Terms.
